No one likes to think about having a vehicle accident, having their vehicle stolen or
vandalised. However, things like this happen every day………..and this is how we
helped make a terrible situation for our client much easier to deal with.
Our customer was leaving for work at 5:30am and discovered his vehicle had been
stolen right from his driveway. Once he had recovered from the shock of this
theft, he immediately called the police. His second call was to me, his insurance
broker at 5:45am. Expecting to hear the sound of voice mail he was shocked to
hear me answer the phone. I reassured our customer that I would make all
arrangements to get him a replacement vehicle and also notify his insurance
company.
I immediately went to work and at 8am our client had a replacement vehicle in his
driveway and at 9am he was speaking to a claims representative. Our customer
was able to return to work that day and being a self-employed entrepreneur,
that was extremely important.The vehicle was eventually recovered and our
customer had his vehicle repaired at one of our collision centres.
As an insurance broker we provide invaluable service to our customers that extends well
past the sales and service of insurance products.
